Short version: we use your details to get your kid's recording to you, and for nothing else.

What we collect

• Your name and email, so we can send the recording.
• Your kid's first name and last initial, so we know whose turn it is.
• The recording itself.

Where it goes

Recordings are hosted on a private page that only people with the link can open. The page is not listed anywhere and search engines are told not to index it. We do not post recordings publicly and we do not sell or share your details.

At the tent

The screen at the tent shows first names and initials only. Emails and last names never appear on it.

How long we keep it

Recording pages stay up for 90 days after the festival, then come down. Download the track to keep it.
